May already be on Crate’s “to do” list nearer to release, but I’d like to see an icon somewhere on the screen showing which difficulty I chose for a town - P (Pioneer), T (Trailblazer) or V (Vanquisher). I usually play Pioneer Pacifist, but do occasionally venture into trying other difficulties and it would be nice to be able to tell which town is being played on which difficulty. Could even just be a T or V for the higher difficulties in the same way that GD shows Elite or Ultimate, but nothing when you’re playing Normal difficulty.
Not sure how it would work if people mix up settings in the Advanced option though. If you chose Trailblazer for 2 options and Vanquisher for the other two which difficulty would it be? Trailquisher maybe?
Yeah, that would be another option though I’d prefer to see it when I load/continue a town rather than having to check the save for the info. I try and take screenshots of what I’ve chosen before I actually hit Start, but don’t always remember to save the screenshot.
Yeah, that is kinda what I mean by save info. When you’re picking which game to load it lists lots of useful info, like how many hours you’ve played that settlement. So it would be good if it listed the map settings there too. On a tangential thought, a little preview of which save pressing continue from the main menu will load would be handy. Sometimes I can’t remember which one I was in last.
