Is it normal to never see a legendary helm drop? I have seen numerous legendary drops of every type other than helms. I have level 100, 97 and 95 characters and have played veteran, elite and ultimate settings. None of them have ever gotten a legendary helm drop.
no, legendary helmets dont’ drop unless they’re MIs or fixed drops like vanqusiher/sr sets, legendary helmets are crafted from blueprints that drop instead
