TLDR; It really does see more use for its +skills than for its skill mods
You could double the dmg to aura of censure, it tics slowly. Total dmg modified would work? You could also add more -%RR back, like 5%, that might make this see use in non auradin builds tho.

Maybe this is just fine as a tech item? I just wish the potential for the auradin side of it was stronger. So far only cold auradin is the one that really does its job.

Is an amazing helmet actually. I have used it in my fire EoR Paladin build. Synergy with Conduit that adds duration to Ascension is pretty great. People just don’t know how to use that helm really.
