which could potentially allow me to drop Horn of Gandarr for more QoL inspired me to revive Spite Infiltrator.
I have Living Shadows in this build and the only skill I can use to realistically generate them is my main skill Phantasmal Blades. Shadow Strike / Violent Delights are not used / hit often enough to be good for this purpose.
This is quite limiting and PBs superb proccing ability is somewhat wasted for 6s after proccing Shadows when it could be proccing Assassin’s Mark or Blades of Wrath. Word of Pain being able to proc Living Shadows would improve the situation a lot.
i think i’ve mentioned it several times, but it makes absolute 0 sense in the case of siphon souls/wop
i can understand if there is perception of not wanting to “confuse” players with CoF being allowed on crit devos, but even ignoring that being busted by phoenix already, then (as i understand) CoF/0 dmg debuffs could just be manually blacklisted on the offending devos anyway, right?
If the additional consideration then is it would be too strong/easy to have ex WoP on Assassin’s Mark, i’d again just nudge towards manually blacklisting it, even if that could then cause the similar new player confusion, it could still atleast be equally explained with similar rationale as it already is or regards to phoenix/CoF etc.
(also not like there currently isn’t a new player confusion why Omen etc can but WoP/Siphon souls can’t, not like they know the template distinction and need it explained as is anyway)
TLDR; yes Korvaak, Blades of Wrath and Living Shadows atleast should be allowed on WoP etc
not sure what that has to do with this thread? - blademaster doesn’t have any buff attack class skills besides war cry, which you’re hardly using here?
(and cadence BM tends to just slap stuff on wps, ros, and spirit anyway?)
sure, but it’s technically irrelevant to the function, and not something most players would notice/be able to interact with until end anyway, “confusion” probably faded by then/devo interaction knowledge better at that stage
