One scenario I bumped into quite a few times recently is that during raids, inevitably some soldiers died, and the newly-recruited ones headed directly to the rally point without any weapons or armor and quickly got themselves killed. Thus I propose to add a checkbox to barracks allowing soldiers to get their equipment first.

One piece of advice before this correction comes, would be to deactivate the “auto-assign” box in the job menu right under the laborer pool bar as soon as the raid begins. I usually do so to avoid what happened to you. Also, I unassign any cart driver and hunter as they usually get killed, I would rather have their join the labor pool and head to the city hall to find cover.
