I would love it if I could place buildings with constrution disabled, for instance by holding shift while placing the building. In the new mass building manager, construction enabled should also be an option.
It would make it a lot easier to plan ahead a little bit.
In the far future, it would be nice to be able to create stamps of building layouts just like in Anno 1800.
