Hi, it would be useful if we can set a minimum laborer level like we can set a maximum level for builders. I have come to really like the auto-refill feature for people, but I end up having zero laborers quite often, which has negative side effects.
Also, when using auto-refill, I would like to be able to prioritize which jobs get auto-refilled first.
For whatever reason, book-binding always gets filled when I am missing farmers.
