Thanks for bringing this to my attention! Looks like I mislabeled the folder name, because the mod originally came in two versions and that helped tell them apart when uploaded. All you have to do is remove “_Normal” from the folder name. I did also re-upload the zip file.
Also you can check if you file structure looks like the below. Depending on how the files are extracted you can end up with two folders “69SummonLimit”. This really applies to any mod, but appears as a case every now and then.
