Thanks for the report, this bug has been fixed in the upcoming patch.

My $.02 - If half of what I’ve heard about the Warcraft remaster is true, then a possible Diablo remaster should not figure into any “D2 purist” version decision. However, the very possible unwanted attention from Blizzard a purist version might generate should be a very real consideration.

A remaster is 100% taken into consideration when talking about a “Purist” version. Why produce the same thing as the OG company?

Any unwanted attention generated is already factored in our day to day work.

For me personally there was only 1 diablo 2.Do i think d2 remaster is good idea.Hell Yea.Would i buy it.Hell No.It’s like final fantasy remaster.What made FF7 a hit first the story second the querky graphics and the battle system.Now they release it for 4k and different battle system etc.It’s NOT the game i love.I feel the same about d2 remaster.

Bosses

  • Fixed Pet builds one-shotting Ubers due to Iron Maiden Reflect
  • Uber Duriel:-Removed knockdown on this tornado skill resulting in no more “Getting Stuck”
  • Baal (Act 5):-Lowered all his elemental resistances to be in line with other bosses.
  • Uber Trist-Reverted back to old spawn layout. Each Uber has a “zone”, they will not pursuit too far anymore-This is to combat players bundling them together and shotgunning with fragmenting skills (Strafe and Lightning Fury)
  • Deathclaw-Damage bug was fixed-Increased Pursuit distance and time
  • Skeleton King-Increased Pursuit distance and time.
  • Normal Blood Raven was scaled down

World Bosses

  • Created to be a challenge between Cow King and Hidden Ubers
    25 brand new World Bosses have made their home throughout Sanctuary. Explore prior unfarmed areas to find them.
  • World Bosses are available in all difficulties, but scale with player level.
  • Skills damage / buffs / debuffs all scale according to player level
  • They each come with a new set of skills.
  • Currently the only place to find Legendary Components, and New Chase Items (3)
  • Each new zone contain a chest (Not a 1-shot)
  • World Bosses are Immune to any Crushing Blow (% Reduction to Life)

Maps

  • Arcane Sanctuary had work done to try and combat items falling off the edge.
  • Added 19 new side zones to accommodate the new Mini Bosses
  • Pathing was blocked in a few Shattered Realm zones, please report these as you find them.
  • Increased Mob density in the Pits Level 1 and 2
  • Increased Mob density in Canyon of Magi
  • Increased Mob density in numerous places in Act 3 (Mainly underground zones)
  • Pit Level 1 and 2 had their Zone Levels increased to 94, making them a good farming alternative.

Items

  • Modifiers: Introduced modifiers on a great number of items. This greatly increases the amount of viable end-game options.

  • There were a lot of changes made to items, some of the changes may have gotten lost in translation, so if you do not see a change listed it could still have been changed.

  • All runes were updated with brand new pet bonuses.

  • Facet types with DoT received their corresponding % DoT value now.

  • Facet Pet Bonuses received their corresponding % DoT values.

  • Acid to Cold facet that currently reads “Lightning to Cold” has been fixed.

  • All Class Sets have been updated.

  • Mythical Class Sets have been added to the game

  • All Mythical Sets drop from World Bosses, Lesser and Prime Evils

  • Each set has a “Theme”, if you do not see a theme for your playstyle do not worry, we have new sets being worked on currently.

  • Mythical Immortal King’s-Barbarian Class Set focused around 2-Handed Melee

Skills

  • All passive skills (Hydra, Traps, Hurricane, Paladin Auras) have had their Weapon damage removed. - This is to stop leeching on those skills. This is to hopefully push players to have a more active playstyle.

Necro Skills QoL

  • All skills and Abilities now properly scale with pet bonuses.
  • Increased all minions base Attack Rating to better help with scaling in end-game. (Except Revive)
  • Damage has been increased slightly.
  • Minion animation time have been decreased (buff)
  • Attack, Cast, and Movement Speed have all been increased slightly.
  • Minion Rotation Speed has been doubled.

Raise Skeletons:

  • All Skills now have 150% base Weapon Damage

Skeleton Mages:

  • All projectile skills have received another projectile (totaling 2).
  • All Projectile skills have a base 15% Weapon Damage
  • All Projectile skills have had a %increase in damage.

Clay Golem:

after patch now my game looks like that, i cant even load the save, ASAP pls

Hi there, i’m new to Grim Dawn and to the Reign of Terror mod. I installed everything like the tutorial videos and the game loads fine, my real trouble is that after i create character and press start game a loading screen appears for a brief moment then the screen goes black and doesn’t move from there. Its been like this for about 4 hours now

So you decided to make Auradin absolutely worthless with this update? Was the only build I’d found that could do Uber Mephisto since all others died to either his Meteors or the conviction aura dropping defense to nothing.

Hey guys! Just want to say that I absolutely love this Mod. My buddy and I downloaded it yesterday and are obsessed. This is everything that D3 should have been. I also love that its a unique combination of Grim Dawn and D2 as a huge fan of both. Again, awesome job! WOW!

I am building a Classic Necromancer and noticed that many runewords that seem to be heavily pet focused such as White or Bone do not have any “Bonus to all Pets” other than skill points. Is this on purpose, or something that may be revisited?

Having %WD on every single skill wasn’t fair because builds like Trapsin / Hydra / Auradin became virtually immortal without having to do anything else than run around so now these builds have to utilize other means of staying alive but all of them are still relevant and capable of uber farming.

0.6.3.0 has also introduced dozens of new build possibilities so there is way more uber-viable builds than ever before.

Next patch is going to be mainly focused on balancing existing content such as overall difficulty throughtout the mod, leveling progression and making even more build possibilities by reworking remanining skills / items which haven’t been touched so far.

Many RWs / Set / Unique items will be reworked with the next update so things like this are going to be addressed.

So, Auradins are supposed to just chug potions nonstop now?

If you cannot find another way of staying alive then I guess so.

Whirlwind’s attack rating is negative, unlike Diablo 2. Also, as the level goes up, attack ratings are further reduced, is this for balance?

That negative attack rating means nothing if you build well. Even with Whirlwind lowering my AR by around 400, my char STILL has 4419 AR during combat.

Grim Dawn has been on my wishlist forever but never pulled the trigger. This mod got me though. Wow really impressed with your work.

Also goes to show you how good grim dawn is. Cause modding say torchlight to diablo 2 i don’t think would work. but wow grim dawn really captures diablo 2 spirit. i am level 4 and killing stuff feels amazing. Equipped a unique weapon i found and 1 shotting everything.
