Wish I could help with this mod but I can’t understand even the most basic of programing. I’ve tried BEGINNERS books and that stuff flew MILES above my head.
@elvenroth is it possible for RoT Launcher to verify the checksums of installed files and not re-download if they match those of the latest versions?
They way it’s currently set up, the Launcher should only download newer, modified files. If you think it downloaded an already up-to-date file, please provide more info (installed version, launcher up-to-date or not, etc) and I’ll definitely look into it.

First of all excuse me, I forgot to thank you for what you are doing to this RoT project! The problem is my internet connection sucks so I just started downloading via the Launcher and I see it downloaded Creatures.arc (among other files) and started downloading other files. Then suddenly RoT stopped responding with an error (frozen program screen, was not able to press any buttons there). And I had to restart from 0%. And again it downloaded that same Creatures.arc which I saw it had already downloaded . That file (Creatures.arc) is just an example . Actually, the Launcher had to re-download all the files.
Launcher is up-to-date cos I downloaded it from this page just 1-2 hours ago (v. 0.47). Installed version - 0.0.0.0. So I’m trying to download all the mod files.
Yes, the scenario you described is perfectly plausible. I won’t go into much detail now, but I will fix this issue in a future version. Thanks for the heads-up.

Quite a coincidence as I was deeply shocked and saddened by Kobe Bryant’s tragic death (and of course that of his daughter and the other poor passengers).

If you have both expansions installed (AoM & FG), make sure you have complete RoT game files. You could try the Launcher as it does everything for you, or the standalone links in the initial post.

I have both expansions installed. I have downloaded the latest version of the ROT Launcher and I have verified my game files. I also played around a bit with the video settings, all to no avail. Would love to get some other ideas what I can do to fix this.

Launcher doesn’t support partial installs or something. I left it running overnight and it only got partially done. Restarted it, and it is downloading everything over again. I’ve installed ReignOfTerror.ARZ dozens of times, I don’t think I need to download it again. It also says it’s downloading at 5mb/s but installs very slowly.
Also clicking settings during install will just crash the launcher or cause it to restart the installation.
question tho. does the uber bosses appear all the time? or its by chance? ive tried restarting the game itself quite a few times, i could just open the chests but no boss…or should i just try to reinstall everything? thanks for the response. ill try to check more on modding the game itself maybe in the future i could help in balancing…thanks again!
Uber Bosses only appear on Hell difficulty.

i got a problem, if i want to start the game with the launcher there is just a black screen and nothing happens.
I bought FG esspecially to play that mod and its not running 
Launcher and game are updatet, there are no other mods and language is english
Could it be that it doesnt work because my game is not from steam rather from gog.com? its just another platform. But the path in the settings is correct.
Or is Crucible needet to?AoM is already existing

I have a quesion about Assassin class - do the Lightning Sentries scale from the player’s attack rating / casting speed? For example, if I have more casting speed will my sentries fire faster? and crit more If I have more AR?
Another question is - can Shadow Warrior use Lightning Sentries (and traps on the whole).
Crucible is not required to play RoT, only AoM and FG.
You can simply start the mod from Grim Dawn.exe or a launcher of your choice (Steam, or in your case: gog). So if you are having issues with RoT launcher, then simply use it solely for keeping the mod up to date and start the game the old way.
Yes, because sentries are player-scaling pet so they get % from player bonuses.
Shadow Warrior / Master doesn’t have any sentry skills attached currently. Might change during D2 class rebalance phase.

I have watched some videos of your mod on youtube but still haven’t seen the coordination between classes. Is that not possible? 
@ Level 10 you gain your second class.
how i play are i build a single class toon till around 30-35ish level to max my +.I put 2 stat + points on bar and 1 to a skill that i use(mainly 1 attack skill till it’s maxed at around lvl 17)after that i build passive.It can get hectic to wait long for a second class but i prefer it this way.
