[Mod] Reign of Terror

I checked earlier all forum threads/posts related to console (also one you posted) and its commands but didnt found anything useful, which could allow collecting infos from players current location, but you got no problems anyway with aiming obstacles and stuff.

One more path (yep she is too fat) blocked, cant pass bars door (red dot) to secret wall (green dot).

Usually we would be able to see the coordinates with the console command “character.LogData true”,
but Crate Entertainment has removed the coordinates at some point.
If you want to see the coordinates again, you can use my tool “Grim Internals”.
There I have the coordinates of the characters reinstalled!

Personal Riftgates opened in Jail Level 2 arent visible on main map “M” (checked it in different locations of that JL2) so you cant go back from town. Personal Riftgates opened in Jail Level 1 are visible on map and works without problems.

Does your game crash with all legendaries or just a specific one?

So far it crashes with the 4 lower level ones I crafted that are under lvl 25 .

I am only lvl 31 playing sorcerer hardcore.

Well hidden sir. What a tough battle! Not sure what she hits with (chaos? vitality?) but I definitely could not tank her lol. “She” is definitely as dangerous as her folklore describes. Well done.

If/ when you finish all five acts and create your end game content I look forward to future challenges such as this.

Most of her damage is bleeding / vitality / chaos which is pretty hard to get any resists for (at least early ingame).

However, if you manage to defeat these secret “uber” bosses then it’s a very good way farm gear and also to level up because you get huge amount of xp.

Sure, hit me when additional help with it will be needed, so will try manage my time to test specific area or mechanics.

I didnt posted yet potential bugs with classic diablo skills as was focused mainly on environment, but there are few things to think (and test more than once) about.

I did choose pure sorceress as starter because she got Teleport (this helped me test unwalkable paths from both sides before reporting) so I was able to get where others cant without “nigma” :wink:

Before hitting bed yesternight (thats why not posted) found some bug which allow abusing Andariel fight, in short words you are able to lock her in door (the ones to her main room) by right timing with closing doors when she passing by so her attacks couldnt damage you because stoped on (inside) the doors, same time you was able (without any risk) to hit her with full power of your skills.

Fix to that would be disallowing player to closing that doors once was opened or even replacing it with huge version of destroyable doors, another idea would be to use already destroyed ones like this:

Haha, I see you are a crafty one.

This is very easy to fix by making the door “open only” so consider it fixed.

Also, fixed those Jail levels (pathing + monster spawns behind walls).

Just back to home and can finally try Akt 2, prepared some audio background for that session so let me check what you made there.

The potential bugs with classic skills I was talking about was with sorceress cold tree, at start I was using Ice Bolt and after upgrading it to Ice Blast it gets clunky (stopping on kinda low obstacles on the ground, wasnt able even shoot on destroyable junk with loot), so respeced it to zero and started using Frost Nova + Blizzard till now where I respeced to pure Frozen Orb maxed and investing points into Armors plus Energy Shield.

Frozen Orb works great and I like how it looks, the only bug I found while using it was when I was shooting it in direction of Green guys from Catacombs (who shoot fireballs) and when Frozen Orb clash with their fireballs its interrupted and sometimes create weird fire obstacle high in the air (will take a shot and post screen later when reproduce that).

Update from Akt 2.

Spawn bug of Ornate Strongbox (red dot), Junk with loot (purple dot), some sceleton Archer (orange dot) in Sewers Level 1 (yea saw answer about hidden wall, here is my further opinion on this and shot with better water effect from SL2).

Can walk here into softwalls (red dots) and casted spells cant pass while Im there (yep, karma came after I locked Andariel inside doors).

Btw im curious why you didnt added Tonic of Reshaping as reward from Den of Evil quest, its right there:

“records/items/misc/potions/potion_attributereset.dbr”

There is a breakable wall to get there I thought the same but found wall.

Then its weird imo, because every hidden/secret rooms so far was finished to the point that had floor texture and here it looks same as the areas behind walls around map or around any other maps where nothing exists. Of course I hear there sound of water while walking there, but this sound is also outside builded environment.

As you can see here in Sewers Level 2, the secret room got way better water texture, probably Ram forgot change it in Sewers Level 1.

Please be careful. I’ve gotten permission from rights owners to do this kind of modding with Sacred 2 (using assets from other games) only so long as I was not making any money from it.

If people start paying you to support this mod, you could very well get a cease and desist order from Blizzard or some similar trouble.
