[Mod] Reskill

As it is now, probably not.

If someone updates it to include FG stuff and anything else it’s missing, maybe.

Soon.

Code generation needs some restructuring though.

i have 0 idea how to use/install this since all the download gave me was some files, do i move them to the game folder and replace them when i’m asked too?

The main post should have had a “How to install” for people that don’t know.

Or you could just google ‘how to install Grim Dawn mods’ and find out… it is the same for all mods

Holy crap lol… the first Google listing for that search:

…is actually a link to a good ol’ powbam reply from 2016:

…I don’t even remember making that post. Then again I’ve made so many.

Decided to update the mod. It should now cover GD 1.1.8.0 with expansions.

Hey, awesome, thank you! I updated the link in the first post!

I haven’t checked your zip to see whether it was open-sourced; would you mind if I (maybe) did something with it in the future?

It’s your mod, I just updated the script a bit and ran it on 1.1.8.0, so use it for anything you want :wink:

Just to make it clear, this always was intended to be open source, just like Ceno’s original mod.

@mamba
thank for updating for 1.1.8.0
is this zip file contain source code?
im trying to merge with my testing mod

the zip file is the compiled mod, but for the most part if you unpack the arz and arc you are back at the ‘source’ code. The only thing you would not have the sources for are the icons, I am attaching those here

reskill_icons.zip (30.4 KB)

@mamba
thank for icon
im pretty new here. i can unpack resources folder
but when i unpack database reskill.arz with command line its error

Then your command is wrong… make sure to use -database for the .arz

i trying a couple time with -database but my archive tool has stopped working error

This is how I did it. Just copied archivetool.exe and zlibwapi.dll to the C:\reskill\database folder i made:

…and then I used the command like this…
