Pet attack is work to falcon. You can use the Pet attack, click the blank ground, and falcon will go there, what ever they are doing now.
Nope i dont see the blue skulls either if i toggle the skill on.
The Damage on enemys is working but no floating blue skulls…
I only tested the latest version in the DAIL compilation. Previously, both standalone and DAIL had the wraiths working for me. Maybe the merge is the reason, i can recheck with the newest version standalone.

I might to add that i played the DAIL Compilation Mod ( V016 ) and maybe there lies the problem, i reported this in the DAIL Thread but no reaction from davood.
So i tried it here.
Maybe he already knows this and fixes it in V017. :undecided:
Retested it and it’s exactly what it looks like in your standalone mod, meaning the animation got lost in the merge. Sorry for missleading you!
