More control over transport wagons... and villagers!

It would be much more efficient to be able to assign a wagon to specific tasks… which one transports to and from a far out mine over another mine, etc.
Also… it’s soooo frustrating to have rogue villages running out of the village during raides (yes the bell is on, yes I select them and send the BACK into the village… they still come back out to fight)… I have plenty of towers and full barracks. If I sound the alarm the civilian villagers should go to the city center.

totally agree. The one thing I want is assign a wagon A and B and have it just to that between those 2 points. Basically back and forth over and over non stop. No sitting waiting for a task i.e. just do it
and do it until I say stop.

This would make large maps so much better. I could set up the mines and then have 10 wagons
loop from mines right to the storage that is next to the foundry. (also wagons do not carry enough
should be at least double what they currently load up)

Wagon Shop could simply use Work Area mechanics, like other buildings do. And take cargo only from those areas.

These are great ideas!

I’ve made this suggestion as well. I think it would be a defining game element that properly uses the wagon. Game mechanics would be to add a horse type to barn livestock. The Stable - requires horses and wagons. Stockyards would be unique destination points and each Cart object can have a linked list, just like crop rotations. Except you could have multiple stops. Maybe for ease, limiting the number of stops would be easiest. But still would improve the late-game for sure.
