Desirability, positive and negative, are a sign of human activity and habitation. It would be nice if all animal occurrences would move based on the map desirability overlay, with animals preferring neutral desirability, and moving based on thresholds of positive and negative desirability. Different animals could have different thresholds with some moving more easily than others.
Currently I just destroy all wolves and boars and shuffle deer sightings into forests using a grid of farms. Which is effective, but not realistic or immersive.
