New immigration mechanic in relation to the number of houses the player owns

Well, this usually happens in late games, with a considerable amount of population, which I have often noticed makes it very tedious to continue growing. Since due to minimal or no immigration, deaths due to old age begin to exceed births.
Because of this, I propose the idea of ​​obviously solving the immigration issue in the late games, but at the same time making this mechanic related to the number of houses the player owns.

Increased population growth is coming in the next patch currently in playtesting.

there is a mech in place right now that is great… you could build 50 house quickly from the start( in first 5 years) and without having 100% happiness they will stay empty. no need to becomes New york in the current times. No food, Clothes, safe defense should = No growth

I have noticed when Im at 100% happiness having 6 months worth of food people immigrate
