New Player - Best place to farm shield?

Hello.

I am trying to get Will of the Living aether shield for my deathknight. I read somewhere that mobs that wield shields have a chance to drop shields, not sure if that’s accurate. If it’s true, where exactly other than Old Arkovian ruins?

I’ve also read that people have been trading items. How does that work exactly?

It is accurate, but it’s rather better to farm on nemesis/rogue-like dungeons. Steps of Torment is the best option, imo.

to trade items you need to join a multiplayer game with the person you want to trade with.
