Excellent work, guys. I just happened to pop in today and noticed you’re up over $122k! Normally, I think about Grim Dawn when I’m at work…but unfortunately our web filter blocks out anything with certain key words like “games”, “entertainment”, “fun”, etc.
I’ll help to spread the word through my gaming community. Hopefully, some generous souls will likewise lend love to GD.
Maybe you put too mush emphasis on the wigs.
I mean the massively stylish George Washington style powdered wig in-game accessory that can be upgraded with charms, powders, dyes or tin foil to be even moar stylish. Not to forget the option to hide/unhide the helmet, so the world can see it. All of that would only cost half the current kickstarter money.
In fact that remind me the Chromatic Diadem in TQ:IT. A powerful helmet, but really (REALLY) ugly. But so good nearly all my char had to wear it for a long period of time.
Welcome to the forums, and thanks for your support!
Showing the different medals people have on the forums seems like a really nice idea to me. At some point, we’ll probably want to have some sort of account system that combines the forum accounts with game keys, downloads, and everything else. If we manage to find time to build that out, we’ll definitely make medals show up as well.
Finally got my act together and completed an upgrade. Changed my mind about just kicking in a couple of dollars without any rewards when I saw the possibility to obtain a physical box
Okey, so it got a bit more expensive than I first thought, but hey - it’s for a good cause…
I wanted a physical box/disc too and also that nice sounding Will O’ the Wisp. I hate fighting in the dark and he sounds like he’s going to be quite useful for night time battles.
Same here. I definately wanted a boxed version of Grim Dawn… and I only buy boxed versions of games I’m REALLY looking forward to. Case in point, the last few I have physical copies of are Skyrim (huge collectors edition), Fallout: New Vegas CE, and the Witcher. Everything else I just buy on Steam.
Dem bastards! Heh, really though, I wonder why they haven’t filtered it out at my work as well. Although my work inherently comes with a lot of “dead moments”, so I’d just be bored to tears.
Last time we called PayPal and attempted to point out that they were allowing other companies to use their service in exactly the same way that they banned us for, they said if I wanted to identify these companies, they would investigate them… So, naturally I declined. Don’t want to cause anyone else any grief.
