No I wasn’t inside a banner as I ran towards zantarin so he wouldn’t use that ability and I was about to kill him but since there was 2 of them the other was slightly away from me enough to use his shotgun attack and it killed me one hit.
Still even if the mobs do scale I shouldn’t have been instantly killed. All this time farming bis gear, about 1k hours for this one character and all the time planning to make him as tanky as possible and I die not even on the hardest setting because some bosses have OP attacks.
