This is not reflected: since 1.1.9.8 the increase in health regeneration for flats is only 60 and % of health regeneration is not increased.

Looks like the patch nodes had it backwards, % Health Regen was increased to 100% and Health Regeneration to 120.

I checked again and the % of health regeneration has not increased as 30%.

Atm, players have 120 flat health regen and 60% health regen on Tree of Life.
