According to GD Stash there are only 58 shrines in Ultimate (including one that’s greyed out in Forgotten Gods, probably the rogue-like dungeon that will likely be released later this year).
Well, using these items sure takes “no class at all” to do, and that’s a bit “hardcore” to play with poop. (and it’s also something you can unlock “near” the end of the journey in FG…)

and you have to count to 100 for it.
So, equip all the excitement items and maybe Soiled Trousers for good measure.
Then what?
I equiped the 3 excitments items, used the skill 100 times. And… Nothing. It would have been funny though that the last secret of this game is a poop joke.

Well, so far as i can see after reading the whole topic, all that Zantai tried to tell is that there are no -another- secret - just unfinished one we’re already know about.
or… maybe there is… but he decided to hold that totally secret for now 
And really, do you think killing Crate-headed guy was the whole point of a hidden quest? Whats about rescuing poor someone who stuck in another reality… or about at least finding that another reality, because we’re just at the edge of our reality for now 
Btw, i see a bunch of similarities between rescuing Ulgrim from the void via his cakepan and rescuing this person… via sword. So maybe we should ask a witch again?
So yeah, Alice isn’t a secret because there aren’t any Stonereach Coven yet in the game as far as i know, and yeah, you shouldn’t do anything with Daila Thornsbury because even if she’s a part of this hidden quest, she’s a passive part, most possibly the person you should rescue.

Maybe the solution got lost when the 2 week old backup got restored… you need to play HC, not select any mastery and reach level 100 that way for this secret…
Yes, it was another victim of the attack and rollback. Iirc there’s an NPC in the Vanguard area (?) who gives you clues as to where you need to go. Character must be in Ultimate Hardcore, L100 and classless.
Edit: Indalla in the Vanguard area may give you a hint.

It’s not punishment for non-HC players, it was something Zantai made for those crazy people who like such challenges. There are a few who like to run around doing things like a Naked challenge; he made it for them to have fun trying.

I mean, it’s not that difficult to create a level 100 hardcore character with an editor and collect the hints that way…

This link is time-stamped to the hardest part in the run. I probably should have sided with a different faction. Come to think of it I could have done dreeg’s kill 15 of 3 different types of monsters quest instead of Solael. Bysmiel’s also might have been easier… Galfang’s probably not so bad if you just stay 100% clear of his meteors.
My concern was that in elite difficulty the packhounds could heal each other wayyy faster than I could kill them so in ult I figured I’d have no chance. But I guess if I was super patient I could have pulled them one by one.
However this stupid choice made for a very entertaining final boss before my objective. A nice 13 minute fight with 3 super close to death moments.
