Nope, if you can manage that you should be able to claim your reward. If you can do it legit even better. adoomgod GDStashed some stuff and borrowed gear from friends as well to succeed.
I will record the entire progress to eliminate possible questions.
The only doubt I have is whether to bump the stakes up a notch by doing it without blues, purples and devotions. Suggestions? How about we make it really hard, bordering [but not quite] impossible?

@Contragor whatever you do I would suggest not picking Solael in the end. Ramzul is rough with this challenge’s restrictions. I choose poorly and almost lost the whole thing just to him when it was going so smooth before that.
Ramzul needs to be taught some manners. Solael it is 
I mean, I did kill him and if I played it even more cautiously it wouldn’t have been as bad. So go for broke! Solael is definitely the hardest choice for the challenge.

So, after some thinking, here’s what I’m rolling:
- Classless - obviously
- Untwinked - completely fresh start. Moved my saves to another folder. Only allowed to use items found with this character.
- Must start on HC Veteran. No normal mode allowed.
Devotions and legendaries are ok, since it’s much harder to unlock or obtain those now. And a lot of room for creativity! At first I wanted to also limit the level of items, augments, components, relics. But it most likely would be mind-numbingly slow and boring. Anyhow, will see how this run goes and if it’s too easy, will adjust accordingly.

HC Veteran I frankly still don’t give huge weight too. I felt it’d slow me down more than it’d kill me.
The untwinked thing is the key.
I’ve said before that the ultimate king of GD to surpass me will do this challenge untwinked. I reckon it is somehow doable, I just figured it’d also take so much longer that I didn’t want to try it.
You can do the HC Veteran constraint just to really check all the boxes, but the absolute key is that you’re going untwinked. I passed so so so much stuff down to myself to get through the challenge. Good luck sir.

6 hours and 120GB of videos later:
Finally captured the Burrwitch rift. Level 17. One really close call as a result of me being greedy, lol, trying to grab the third riftgate too early and spawning mobs all around me and blocking all escape options.

Can someone show me the item reward you get for doing this? I remember seeing it a while ago. Its a medal right?
Badge of Perserverance. L1 item with +100 health on it.

Gonna start uploading the first batch of vids tonight. Approaching lvl 20. Quite a few issues. Second close call at lvl 18. Keep forgetting how squishy you are with 1.4k HP and low resistances. Not much to do about it now but hope the Rngezus is merciful. Not many components available, not much can be crafted at this stage. Every fight is an adrenaline rush. Some heroes better left alone. Others engaged via rigorous kiting. Always clear enough room for a safer retreat. Damage is nonexistent too. Got to reach 20 to boost both damage and sustain. Then the real struggle begins till 35. If my math is correct, at 35, with the right components, I can finally get into my usual leveling mode, minus the health pool and half the damage. I hope…
Major problem,… ran out of space on my SSDs haha, at 230GB of vids currently. Gotta move stuff around before I can continue recording. Approaching lvl 23. Better damage, res and sustain, but still very slow and squishy. Hope remains…
Some tips: if you can obtain the full praetorian set that helps immensely. Shields with huge phys resist helps immensely. Almost full physique is a given. I can link you the end result of my level 100 character if you like and want to reference it.
You can also use difficulty tokens to skip ahead just to grab easy devotion shrines.
And yeah if you itemize correctly most of it actually becomes pretty easy and the bigger issue is your lack of damage making the experience tedious. I just wanted to get a legitimate world’s first so I twinked my character.
