Trade ships, pirates, indigenous populations (friendly and hostiles), gunpowder (top tier units: simple musket and cannons), ranches, plantations, bridges (all tiers from simple floating planks to arch types), plows, docks/boats (all tiers from rowboats, ferries, to npc sailing merchants operate the same as wagons), corn, coffee/tea, tobacco, sugar, cotton, cacao, squash, potatoes, rice, sheep, pigs, whaling/ocean fishing, fur trade (beaver, muskrat, bison), jewelers, horseshoes, rope makers, gunsmith, museums, library, academies, aviary, zoo.
