I already explained in a post above. Zantai can’t fully predict how strong a build will be unless he gives them like 900000% damage or something insane.
One wonders why you are posting things that have already been posted on Steam; and why you are re-typing their input when they’ve already done it on Steam.
All while you are playing D3. So basically you don’t have to pay attention while playing D3. Seems like a fun and engaging game.
If I had a nickel for every time someone had a “secret build” that’s better than anything else on the forums
Somehow the links never materialize! It’s the ultimate disappearing act
Believe me, I have the world’s strongest build! Crate has no idea what they’re missing, that’s just a fact. Its damage is YUGE!
Meanwhile all my builds are #deadbuilds.
And oh lord, another one of these. These “i have a super secret OP build that does 1 minute Crucible that Zantai doesn’t know” always make me laugh.
It’s funny that it’s always the people that are complaining about balance that have super secret OP builds.
How about this. I will ask the author to come forth and post it here and if it resets the training dummy in ultimate in under 10 sec without and potions, no greens, no cheats of any kind, you or Crate or whoever thinks such builds don’t exist, are going to pay the author 100,000.00$ Real money. And if the build is a fake, then the author will pay you that money. What do you think?
I think that might be the dumbest thing I’ve heard in months. Besides, the dummy is probably the worst metric of a build’s performance imaginable.
Yeah, i love testing my build against something that can’t fight back and it has very low res. Because that’s the only thing that is measured when it comes to build’s strength.
I’ve only replied to the dumbest statement in this thread.
How about a 3.5 second mad queen kill?
I’m seeing a lot of words without any links. You’re forgetting I have nothing to prove here: you’re the one claiming that these builds exist.
The Thing is, you don’t seem to understand what “Balancing” means. Balancing =/= homogeneous.
Crate doesn’t nerf Stuff because they are OP or better say “stronger” than “other”, they do nerf stuff witch are straight and insanely overpowered. Let’s say “Balancewise” there is a range of 1 up to 10 (1 weakest and 10 strongest) Skills, Builds and Stuff at 10… which are stronger than (obviously) 9 and way more stronger than the more common middle (like lets say from 4 up to 7 ?) aren’t any kind of issue, because that’s balancing. How much sense would a Skilltree make with huge build variety, if everything is the same strenght even if you don’t put your mind into it?
However, and that’s what you and some other folks don’t want understand, the issue here is when something doesn’t scale within the range from 1 to 10, but rather is a 15 or 50 or 100. Because OP’ness blown out of porpotion hurts the overall build-variety, because it
solidify a (new) Meta, set new community goals and set a new norm which needs to be achieved… and everything which doesn’t come close to it, is automaticall bad.
So, and to go further with the Argument, because you asked, why Crate is different in this than GGG with PoE, that GGG doesn’t try to balance stuff out with stronger and weaker stuff, and it happens that some creative builders find a way to kinda “abuse” it to an way to a strong end and so it’s way stronger than initial planned / supposed, but rather balance it on porpuse that some stuff is way way stronger than others, so people are encouraged to play this stuff, which than again encourages players to buy the cosmetics for it.
I’ll repeat. How about a 3.5sec mad queen. Does she fight back?
Make it Callagadra atleast then. MQ is a pretty easy boss.
You could have cleared so many GR’s in the time it took to write the self-contradicting barrage you’ve typed up in here.
Of course it’s easy if you let your pets do the dirty work while you’re hiding behind that pillar
I got time, they can’t decide what to do next, GR or bounties lol
Players want finished builds to get strong enough so that not everything can fight back.
Try her before fully built.
Some content is designed to be more challenging while you’re building your character. Only a smaller section of GD’s content is for fully built toons. Namely crucible, challenge bosses, and late SR.
God forbid players try to appreciate a sense of nuance for the purpose of things in GD.
Well, people have posted 7 or 8 sec Lokarr Kill (not with pets btw). I don’t think you will find anyone arguing MQ is harder than Lokarr in campaign.
