Does Maelstrom procs Raging Tempest’s resist reduction? From the effects I see that Impaired aim from Wind Devil itself is spreading by Maelstrom, but I would like some confirmation for Raging Tempest.
It doesn’t. Raging tempest is only applied to the regular wind devil attacks.
This is why it does not have any preference from us against elemental storm. This just sucks.
