Reduction in bleeding duration

I notice that the Goredrinker set has 100% reduction in bleeding duration. Does this mean that you could roll with -25% bleeding resist and just not care? What happens if an enemy is wielding a weapon with increased bleeding duration, for example Halvor’s Skinner?

Even though it’s 100%, in reality it’s capped at 80% I believe. Not to mention reflective mob will hurt it severely in bleed builds as I’ve experience in this thread.

That 6k bleed per second in the last screenshot is using this spec
and that is after 70+ reduced bleed duration, 48% reflected damage reduction, and 80+ bleeding resist overcap.

If it were uncapped 100% then reflection wouldn’t matter :stuck_out_tongue:
You’re probably right about it being capped at 80% though.
