1. Could do something like this, but Cadence numbers are probably too high. Rank 8 cadence = 102 phys dmg, which is pretty high for something you can easily get by level 4… compare with rank 8 Savagery, 10 lightning + 42 bleed.

~30-35 physical damage = a bit less than 16/16 savagery+storm touched dps (considering dot)
