Yep, old issue that hasn’t been reported. Supposed to be a bonus to Ensnare but since it’s now ā€œEnsnare Bombā€, we get the error.

In D3’s Crusader mastery ā€œHardened Sensesā€ skill seems to have a bug. Its second buff (Celerity) doesn’t proc when the character blocks incoming attacks while Hardened Senses are active.

*Fixed missing tags for D3 (I think, at least it should fix some of them)

This is a toon not played too recently though in the last patch iirc, but I’m going to start a new toon and see if I get the same.

Confirmed, same problem with Emerald at least with a new toon. Also Francis’ Crossbow has errors and the Active Quest key is showing 60a against it.



Also did you add complete only components to the mod? Because I’m picking them up and they’re complete in my inventory, even though I haven’t found all the pieces yet. :confused:

Didn’t there used to be a thread to show off builds from this mod? It’d be nice to show off my progress in this mod, Grimmest really pulls no punches. Just arrived at Smuggler’s Pass at level 42, once I got 50 in Nature Mastery and had the Force of Nature pet under my control, my pets now run a train through the content. (I’m still running 59b until all the kinks with the new version get fixed)

The Salazar boss bottle (whoa, nelly!) and the Hero Desecrated Shrine near the Arkovian Undercity forced me to break my circuit breakers (I have the Healing Rod as my weapon and Alchemist Belt for low-health heals), but my death count is still at 1 :). If it weren’t for Force of Nature pet and Refresh keeping my heals open, I would have certainly died in both those encounters.

As for some Grimmest bugs:

  1. The Guardian of Dreeg is super-lonely and has no friends to help it out. Guardian of Solael works fine, so it’s just Dreeg that has the problem.
  2. The boss of the Crag’s Crag, the Bonehunter beast, is also lonely and has not been Grimmified.
  3. Not only does Cronley’s lair have nothing special to it, Cronley himself does not scale to my level. I bet it has something to do with the fact you have to have a dialogue with him before you fight him, so maybe your typical script to make him Grimmified doesn’t work because of that?

also Gulgoth, the Rampaging , trool near Rovers camp, doesnt scale lv, ( lv 25 )

On a lighter note who rewrote the bits of info that appear when you portal around or go in/out of a cave or something. They’re hilarious. :smiley:

Francis issue is my bad. However, gems bitmap are fine in D3, idk what happened. I hope Asylum had merged this version.

Yeah that was the version I used, somehow the assets did not get built properly. /shrug It’s working on my end now though after forcing the gem png’s to rebuild.

Yeah, the new gems (thanks to Grimer) will be fixed in a future hotfix update. Polished Emerald is an old one from GD (not D3 mod) and unrelated, though probably will cause confusion…

As for the loading screen tips… Thank jiaco for those. I love those tips. :slight_smile:

I did add this, but it was a mistake I meant to revert. I meant to add this in AND lower the drop rate so it would be ā€œfairā€ but … lowering the drop rate requires too much work. I’d have to alter the drop rates on all the creatures and… just no thanks. :slight_smile: I’ll revert it back, I have my backup somewhere…

Well, from what I can see in the dbr he should be scaling so I have no idea what’s going on here.

Oh dear, Grimarillion is even worse. Thought I’d try a crazy build idea in it, so installed the latest version and get this.


I’m assuming I can have both grimarillion and ungrim installed and just choose which one I want to play because that’s what I’ve got at the moment.

is there a current version without Stasher or is there a way for me to remove it on my own? I’m forced to use a laptop screen that only goes to 1366x768 and with Stasher only 2/3 of the stash is actually visible

Atm no there is not, not sure if I have the time to manage grimarillion with stasher, grimarillion w/o stasher, ungrim w/ stasher and ungrim w/o stasher.

AFAIK 1hcrossbow issues are due to missing tags from D3, I don’t see the tag anywhere in Grimer’s source and he already mentioned being the cause for Francis, I’ll hold him accountable for this too. :smiley:

As for your checkerboard issue… no clue, try it again, maybe it was a weird issue with ungrim or something? If not… try reinstalling the mod? It works fine for me, post your grimarillion/resources/ directory? Compare it with ungrim. They should have the exact same arc files and sizes.

I uninstalled 60a and put 59b for both in. Will try Grimarillion 60a again a bit later, got to go out in a minute.

Well, make that in an hour’s time. Reading my clocks/watch wrong. Brain’s definitely failing, I’m getting old.

Yeah, seems to be fine now. I haven’t put ungrim 60a on yet, but grimarillion 60a seems to be okay.

I found that the skill ā€œPrimordial Transferā€ on ā€œNecroticā€ is not working properly. In the description it says ā€œ6m traget areaā€ but it affects only 1 target.

Sorry if I am mistaken or this was reported before.
