Remove X-mod - reverting back standart size inventory

From time to time I come across a situation where users cannot comfortably play “Dawn of Masteries” mod due to the fact that an extended inventory is built into it, and the players’ screen resolution does not fully accommodate it.
No less often I see questions about how to remove the extended inventory and not always successful attempts to explain the basics of modding.
So, I’ve taken the time and prepared resources for you to quickly return to a standard-sized inventory.

This guide allow to revert back inventory size, stash/transfer stash size, and service npcs interface.

1. Download ARCHIVE and unpack it into the Grim Dawn/mods/dom/database folder like this:

2. If you have practice in modding, go to step 3, otherwise:
Run Asset Manager (AssetManager.exe located in the game folder) Select menu Tools/Options…:

In opened window, set the first 3 lines to the path to the game folder:

Click OK and close Asset Manager
Open Grim Dawn/database folder, and extract here required TEMPLATES. This is standart Grim Dawn templates, but since You didn’t unpack the game files, you don’t have them.

3. Open Asset Manager and select Mod/Select/dom:

Go to Database tab, Right-click -> Build:

ATTENTION!
Archive may not be packed correctly, so I still recommend open
entire hierarchy and repack each file (Ctrl-A, Right-click → Build).
Example:

4. Close the Asset Manager and enjoy mod with standard inventory.

i did everything step by step and the inventory went back to vanilla size but now i ended up with items floating out side of the inventory because the mod still thinks i have the big size inventory and i tried everything but couldn’t fix it can someone help please?

You need enough inventory free spacce, then press Autosort button. This is a simple thing that you need to understand yourself.

so i followed the guide step by step and this is what i end up with

1- see how the items are floating out of the inventory whether when i pick them up or press the auto sort button it leads to the same thing

also it looks that the blue highlighted (1) section is not acually functional or working

(2) this is an item that i am holding with my mouse and hovering the space in the blue section.

but instead look at where the item acually registers to go (3)

i tried looking for gridX and gridY to edit but couldn’t find them then i added them manually via notepad then opened asset manager to try (F7) build again so it recognizes the changes i added via the notepad (because they never existed for me to edit) but then it broke my entire game and led to a black screen before the very first loading screen when i first open my game which led to me uninstalling the entire game and reinstalling everything again and now its happening again but this time i havent edited anything in notepad or asset manager (just followed this guide)

-the only thing i use besides this mod (DoM) is its dedicated Rainbow item filter mod from the same version and the same forum topic.

thats what i need help with

Looks like database not fully builded. try manually build all files again.
Besides, Mod source was not updated since its release, but although UI has not recieve any major changes, There are no warranty it will work correctly right now.
