The micromanagement is awesome in this game, however, when getting to a stage where your people fall out of their job and have to be replaced, it gets tedious, especially in high population ranges, would it be possible to have an autofill toggle for filling empty positions? For me it would only be useful when in a state of stable management, not for continuous use. But when reaching that equilibrium, it would be very nice, due to the fact before reaching a stable setting, it would break your game.
