Russian verison

Guys, do you need help with this? Don’t take me wrong, presence of Russian language is very much appreciated, and thoroughness of translation is very much impressive… Oh, no, here comes the ‘but’
But many descriptions are somewhat unnatural if not outright confusing, as if made by automatic translation or some zoomer, using TikTok-style grammar.

Improved wells are filling up faster and give more effect on desireability of nearby houses.
This is English wording with Russian words. It should be 'Улучшенные колодцы заполняются быстрее и добавляют больше привлекательности окрестностям" - Improved wells fill up better and add up more desirability to the surrounding area.

Next sentence came out confusing: “Tools that are require to efficiently work in this building.” A Russian would say “To effeciently work with this building you need tools.” - Для эффективной работы с этим строением необходимы инструменты"

Is there a way to contribute to the translation?
