Maybe this feature already exist and I just haven’t found it, but I would love to be able to assign villagers to different jobs based on the season. Right now when it’s winter my foragers and farmers just sit at home doing nothing. It would make a lot more sense (and be more efficient) to have them take up indoor jobs in the winter, like chandlers and cobblers. It makes sense as well for a small frontier village to have a winter economy and a different summer economy. Of course it’s possibly to manually reassign them every time the season changes but that’s quite a hassle.
