Crate can’t make TQ2 because THQ Nordic owns the license now. But i’ll take GD 2 with a new engine over a second expansion for GD 1.
It would be interesting to implement something similar. Hopefully the developers will keep this in mind. It is also relatively easy to do.
I like that idea pick map that aren’t as “farmed” generate Random Monster and add a special boss at what would be the start of the next section. First that come to mind would be Warden Cellar as unless you are looking for Valdaran you will be going in there only once. It is simple it add area to re-play and you could throw in an “Extreme” Difficulty for all those that wants HARDER.

It feels like the kind of dev that really puts thought into making sure older content doesn’t get left behind by expansions, so sure!
