Being able to disable the Intro would be great, as once you’ve seen it you don’t really want it anymore while rolling for interesting map designs.

Yes, but doing that when you reroll hundreds of maps to get something specific it can get quite annoying and its a simple setting with no real reason not to implement it, just how you can turn off tutorials.
