Typically a weapon will get a skill or skill mods, but not both. So that would mean axing the Shar’Zul’s Wrath skill which is great for a shotgun attack and has always been pretty much ! If you haven’t built around the skill or used it much, you probably haven’t seen it shotgun bosses/groups decently…
Dual Damage is pretty fun using this weapon and can be done, the only sad part is the Physical Damage portion gets reduced by Armor a decent bit (as with all meme Physical builds!).
You’re not alone in this! Sad to see the game headed in this direction since it’s a fairly large drop in build diversity overall. This change in direction has been one of the driving forces turning my attention away from GD over the past few months… and that’s saying something since I’ve been playing almost non-stop since the Alpha was first released!
