I really love this game this far.
something I thought would be interesting to have
bridges, so they dont have to walk around the whole huge lake
maybe potatoes ??
a way to mark places you have found on the map, like i found clay but no idea where it was started looking for 10 mins
a better system of buildings and how to find them??
thats all i can think of for know, other than that cannot wait for the full game <3
Welcome to the forum. 
Anything water based is complicated so not likely to see anything like bridges before full release of the game and maybe never; it depends if Crate can do a reworking to be able to do that.
Crate have avoided using any New World crops so potatoes seem unlikely.
Something to help with buildings will be coming in the next patch.
I agree trying to remember where all your resources are can be difficult, I struggle to remember them myself. Only solution I have atm is to build a road out to the area; that way at least you know there’s something out there that you’re going to want later on.

No, Crate have not yet said when the official release date will be. They estimate that from beginning of early access back in August it would likely be 8-12 months from then, but Crate are always giving us MOAR so it may be longer than that.
