Guide: Recommended stats for end game

Introduction Different players have fun playing the game in different ways. Being primary a single player game, your real opponent is just yourself and whatever self imposed challenges your create. But when you finally reach the max level, what should be stats you are aiming and how you decide why a build isn’t satisfactory.
