Storage and villager micro managing QoL

Storage:

It would be great if the various storage facilities could employ a villager for stock control, such as moving stock out of storage that has been undesignated in the UI.
For example, I usually place two grain silos so I can store grain in one and flour in the other. If there is already grain in the silo I designate for flour there is no way to move it over unless the flour silo empties and the windmill operator needs more supplies.
If we had the ability of naming our storage buildings and then use a UI similar to the ‘cattle from trading post’ UI we could then get storage employees to move stock around the map.

Villagers:

I’ve noticed there is already a type of villager UI present in the game (you get it sometimes when you need to assign a villager to a workplace when you are short on free villagers), would it be possible to access this UI using a keybind and have the ability to move villagers aound different occupations at will?
This villager UI could be extended to include more info on each individual villager such as education rating (already present) and maybe a rating on their skill sets dependant on whatever that particular villager has been employed as in the past. It could also give the option to move villagers into housing closer to their workplace (although I’m unsure as to whether they do this automatically anyway).

These are just a couple of ideas I’ve had for the game although whether you decide to implement them or not I’m having a great time trying out different strategies in multiple playthroughs.
