Suggestion - Laborers act as farmhands for harvest

As laborers don’t get a lot to do once you move past manually selecting stuff for harvest, one historically relevant use would be to act as extra fieldhands when there are crops to harvest.

I’d love to see that swarm of unemployed folks descend like locusts. :smiley:

Or during winter when the farmers can be used to clear land of trees and rocks, then go back to the fields for planting in the spring.
