Suggestion: Making Crude Weapons at T2

Does anyone know which building creates these, or am I limited to purchasing them from the trader only? As far as I can tell there is no way to craft them in the game currently, which would severely limit the usefulness of soldiers until you unlock the higher level “weapons” in T3.

A few caveats: I just built the barracks, and I have not trained any soldiers yet. For all I know they spawn in with them, but I figured I would check before I sink monthly income into training soldiers that I can’t even use.

The way I see it, if my villagers have the technical prowess to string up a bow and make arrows at T1, then they should also be capable of making a few clubs at the Armory or a similar building at T2.

I don’t see any buildings that produce those crude weapons/maces. Only ones I’ve found are off the traders.

Thanks for scrolling through what I imagine was a mountain of other threads to find this one and coorborate my initial findings. I am going to move this over to Ideas and Suggestions since effectively that is what this is now.

To reiterate: Crude Weapons should be craftable at T2 from the Armory or the Barracks without a need for T3 resources. As a tradeoff for getting easy access to them, the overall damage they add should be reduced.
