Which reminds me, I’m pretty sure Bloody Pox can miss, so yours might need some OA (or maybe not since also War Cry)

But to be honest, it probably wouldn’t with fevered rage?
It’s way noticable when using pox at very low levels + not a lot of OA on gear (I’ve lost ticks before). Fevered rage affects the target, which is why its so dangerous. IMO even minimum PTH (60%) probably shouldn’t be THAT bad for trolling purposes.
Bloody pox have some range limitations. If your enemy is in that range, pox should definitely be 100% hit and never miss. But playing with fevered rage noticed that sometimes mobs doesn’t seem visually affected. 
That might be the Total Speed buff making them spread out faster than bloody pox can tick/spread.
I’ll go back and test this, but I’m fairly sure that I’ve seen Bloody Pox miss when it was my only attack skill while leveling (single digit levels). Might be a bug, or maybe I hit the sauce too hard. 
Edit: Definitely the PTH under 100% should be the problem.
Ah, that was my point to Spanks. Neither of us bothered to build OA since these troll builds don’t need to deal damage, so PTH becomes a problem for Bloody Pox’s reliability. I probably should’ve been more clear in my comment
So then we have a paradox. You need OA to hit with skill, which will render useless the OA with -25% DA shred 
The point is to draw aggro and chase jerkwads around the crucible map with a horde of monsters following you, so we don’t actually want to help them kill stuff

It can’t miss. Damage ticks can, but the debuff sticks for sure.
