Says to deliver them to Father Kymon in the quest list and in the journal, but we are actually delivering them to Brother Miranok. I’m guessing this is a result of pre-Forgotten Gods carryover.

I mean, I guess you could argue that we’re delivering it to Father Kymon through Brother Miranok? But this is inconsistent with other quests telling you which NPC to return to.

V1.2.1.2 - Kymon's Chosen quests mention incorrect quest giver

This is not a bug, but a limitation of the game’s quest system, which was never designed for turn in NPCs to change like that. The Forgotten Gods expansion introduces a scenario where the original NPC leaves, so a replacement takes their place.
