Tier 2 Fisherman’s Hut. Requires 3-4 people. Allows you to fish with nets on boats. Boats require boards and cloth. Boats wear out in a few years and require repair.
Can produce shellfish and pearls - luxury goods and raw materials for a jeweler.

Not sure about pearls and shellfish since that’s saltwater (mussels are freshwater, but KISS means "Fish = fish, eels, mussels, crawfish, crayfish, etc.), but I do like the boats or a better ability to fish bodies of water, or just a higher tier of fisherman.
