Titan Quest Anniversary Edition

gimme an updated conqueror build for a no death run

I too noticed that they have a gameplay speed button, and I now put it on Fast. Even so, yeah, levelling is slower than in Grim Dawn. I got to Megara with my new character and am only still around level 13 or so.
I do like some of the changes, like smarter inventory sorting, new colors for monster infrequent items, etc. I do wish some changes from Grim dawn, like auto-pickup of gold and potions was added, or to allow for the stacking of components. And I almost forgot how hard the game was - those Wraiths at the seashore sure hit hard and Nessus was pretty tought to beat too. Generally enemies hit you a lot more often.

They upped the levelling a little bit, but you’re still not going to hit the L75 cap by just playing the game straight through, even exploring all areas on all difficulties. Unlike GD the level cap is way out of reach for most players unless, as gasconron said, you want to have a maxed toon just for the “glory/achievement” of it. I usually finished TQIT around L60-61 with a straight playthrough. I haven’t finished the AE version yet, but expect it will only be around L63-64 when I do. GD was designed for faster early levelling and also for players to be able to reach the max level cap without having to grind forever to do so.

There is not a single word so far about the new expansion, called Ragnarök, which came out a few days ago as a total surprise. Anyone played it? Any thoughts?

you mean other than this 18 page thread ?

lol, thanks, then I correct it to: “I could not find a single word”

There’s any tool to TQ like GDStash?

Yes, there is a TQVault for the AE version.

Infinite storage - you can create your own vaults to keep things separate, can complete relics/charms, change their completion bonuses, copy/duplicate items. Can’t be used ingame though, only outside of a play session. If you use it ingame it’ll screw things up.

Thank you! I’ll try it!

Thanks for sharing that Medea.

I just tried it out for the first time, and though it’s awesome I have bigger bags, doesn’t it make the transfer stash bigger too? When I go into a game, the transfer stash is still the same size (small). Is that intended, or can we make it bigger too?

Nargill66 is working on a mod at the moment Lucy.

Sadly still the same. You also cannot stack completed components. These two are the biggest changed I feel the game needs… as well as better skill targeting.

Oh, just installed it and it seens it’s only for stash managment.

I was looking for something like GDStash that can create items and edit your character

Since GD Defiler is nowhere near the level of full fucntioning, I still suggest using TQ Defiler. Just DON’T DO ANYTHING except character editing - otherwise, it may screw your game completely.

Personally im excited for the random completion bonus. And one of my dislikes in GD.

Components originally did have random bonuses. Zantai ran a poll in which opinion was pretty divided.

so they were left as they were.

However, later on Medierra took the decision to change them to set bonuses.

I much prefer for the components completion bonuses to be set and not randomized. Because a lot of the relic completion bonuses are really bad and having to complete the same relic several times to get the completion bonus you wanted would be annoying.

I am glad they were changed, since unlike in TQ where the essences/etc hardly dropped and you only had few of them, in GD components are really plentiful and my transfer stash was always stacked to the max with them. I never considered that it was the different combination bonus that did not allow them to be stacked, though!

Yea this feature should not have been removed :furious::eek::stuck_out_tongue:

However it did make the inventory management easier.

So started TQ finally didn’t die yet and killed the Cyclops.

I think I picked the wrong mastery - “Storm”, I say this cause I really can’t motivate myself to play the game or interact with the NPCs or hear what they have to say.

I don’t mind starting again so wouldn’t mind picking a different class combo. I am not looking for gameplay or anything but can someone recommend me a stylish and powerful skill? If I had to give you guys a skill from GD for reference I’d say Aether Conduit (Temporal Arcblade), Shar’Zul’s Wrath (World Eater), Doom Bolt, Trozan’s Sky Shard, Shadow Strike (I think the Rogue has this)

Could you guys just do me a favor and point me in the direction of similar skills? I’d appreciate this. I don’t need build tips just want to know which skill has style
