F5 doesnt work. There is no .INI settings file for this. Wtf do I do?
Try this? ![]()
oh wow, didn’t expect anyone to actually reply. The issue is that I cannot find the DPYes.ini file? Where is it supposed to be located?
The files should be located in your Grim Dawn folder as instructed in the OP under the “Installation” section. If you don’t have the .ini file, you should try to extract the files again from the zip.
I tried multiple times. I found an old version that had the INI inside the ZIP file from a different site but it was outdated. I tried the last 5 versions and none of them have the INI file inside the zip file?
I’m a little tired here, so sorry for the confusion. It appears the .ini is originally created when you run the program for the first time, so it is not included in the .zip files. Try running the program and then you can change the settings as you need.
I have included the basic default .ini file created by the program here if you are still having trouble.
DPYes-ini.zip (987 Bytes)
Understood, really appreciate your time and support. Thank you!
I dont suppose you could ask the treasure highlighter from Nexus if you could include in this tool? Or perhaps make your own? that would be a great qql thing.
While DPYes could in theory do this, what’s wrong with using the treasure highlighter mod with /basemods?
It has crossed my mind that it would be cool to have more “dynamic” mods with active loading phases where mods can modify dbrs as they’re loaded with some Lua code.
The treasure highlighter mod would be an almost perfect usecase for this since it bulk modifies a single attribute on a hundred or so dbrs.
I’m using controller in Steam version of Grim Dawn (v1.2.1.6 x64). While DPYes works, I noticed two bugs:
- When I hot swap back and forth between controller and keyboard&mouse, the cursor used for mouse will be displayed as a crosshair instead of the usual pointer arrow. The crosshair is cross-shaped but it still uses the upper left corner for targeting, which makes selecting things somewhat difficult.
- If I’m using controller when I press F5, the menu will open with an invisible mouse. Workaround is to switch to mouse before opening it. Note the F5 menu is not affected by the cursor bug in item 1. It correctly displays a white cursor.
I realized it’s the opening and closing of the DPYes dialog that caused the cursor to change from hand to crosshair.
The solution is:
- Don’t have the dialog auto-dismiss on double-click/teleport. Press F5 to dismiss it manually.
- Don’t use mouse to click the X button to close. Press F5 instead.
- When hand is changed to crosshair, press F5 to open dialog again, move mouse so you see a white cursor, and F5 to close. Cursor should revert back to hand cursor.
Salutations and first off, thank you muchly for this tool.
Does an item code exist for the Myterious Orb, Void Orb and other such curios ? My items are frequently hidden so i can see combat clearly, and i have missed these pickups in the past; adding them to auto pickup would be quite peachy.
Or auto explode them? that would be cool
Please explain what the setting DepthFogClamp is for. I see different values used here: 0, -1, or 220.
Hello, I am a Chinese player, I like this game very much, and I also like the tool you developed, it is very easy to use and helps me play more enjoyably, but because my English is relatively poor, I can’t understand some options, I hope the author can make a localized version for Chinese players, thank you very much. Wishing you a happy 2026 and a happy family!

Sleepless do you know what governs the auto loot speed? ![]()
similar like with GI the pickup speed of some stuff being basically instant means “precious” seconds adding up without the tool.
Thinking if it’s just a basic editable table entry i can apply a basemod, so it’s always fast looting even if the tool isn’t on
Autoloot processes whenever the player is moving (specifically, ACTION_STATE_MOVE).
Is there any way to set it up so that yellow items are automatically selected?
