If you want level requirement working on yellows/greens, update to http://grimdawn.dreamcrash.org/ia/GDItemAssistantBeta.exe
It stores the level upon looting, but can always just recalculate item stats later.
Shouldn’t take more than a few seconds anyways.

First, thank you so much for this life-saving mod (I’m a hoarder).
I just have a question…what does “load database” do (it’s under database/mods)? I am currently using Cornucopia 002 and it is not loaded yet.
Load database will parse the items in Grim Dawn, or given mod.
Without a database loaded, you won’t be able to see the stats for a given item, nor its name.
If you select your mod and hit Load Database, that should load any extra items found in that mod.
If the mod has no items, then just running vanilla will do just fine.

Thank you for the work, but unfortunately it is not working. It can Detect if the Stash is closed or Open, but neiter way it is able to display even just a single item. My stashs are full (all), i´m not using any Mods and loading Database was Successfull.
I didn´t really understand: is the tool just to show and move items from inventory/Char stash and shared stash while the game is not running, as the old TQVault did?
Go to Settings and click “View Logs”, most likely you’ve run into some error.
The game is supposed to loot your stash (tab 4), and make those items available inside IA.
You can then search for them by stats etc and transfer them back into the game when you need them.
Eg, its responsible for all your items, and makes sure you never run out of space. (without having to create a million mules)
IA not working for me anymore. If tried the upgrade and after upgrading, the process hung and did not respond anymore. Could not kill in task manager. After reboot, starting IA did not work anymore. The process will not show up in task manager. Dried uninstall -> reboot -> reinstall with manually downloaded installer (newest ver) in new dir. Still the same. :undecided:
i had this exact same problem after installing the previous version over the older one without unistall first, but could solve that with uninstalling and performing a clean install. this is not working anymore.

Great tool and it works perfectly for me so far Now i dont have to throw away my items to make room for new ones
Upgraded the IA yesterday and I notice that some pet bonuses aren’t showing on items.
Okay, so the possible causes are:
Anti-virus program taking issue with IA (avast in particular likes to mess with IA without ever informing the user)
Stalled I/O, is the database readable? Send me your database file and I’ll verify its integrity.
2.1) Your anti virus can also create an IO issue (ie it forbids IA from opening an icon file, yes, it happens.)
An issue with chromium (unmanaged code)
If you run IA and it exits without creating any logfiles at all, its most likely an anti virus or similar creating issues, as writing to the log file is the very first thing IA does when starting up.
Hi there,
after last update the ability to filter loot with Level Requirement doesn’t work anymore for me. As soon as i change the filter in the above right hand corner (for example minimum level 5 or max level 80) no more items are displayed. After switching it back to standard min 0 / max 85 everything works as intended.
Edit: Ok got it. I have to update the item stats after a patch

Noticed after the last update that the items now have their proper icons, so I figured I’d drop by and show my appreciation.

I fixed the issue with yellows and greens showing the wrong level, and it required an update of stats for the new way to take effect.
