I did an online scan at Virustotal.com with the compressed file and got 4 out of 60 scan engines giving positives. I believe these are false positives. all the major players come up clean. This includes Norton, Kaspersky, F-Prot, TrendMicro, McAfee, Avast, and others.
Lots of trainers pop up positive, but arenât.

I have this too, I canât spawn normal epics 
When is the next update going to be? The current version somehow does working with Grim Dawn 1.0.4.1 except every time I exit Grim Dawn then close GDTH, i get a window stating that GDTH has stopped working and all the options I had enabled arenât saved.
Also, you need to re-label the Endless Buffs option cause it ONLY ever works with Devotion buffs, regular skill buffs still have their regular durations.
Something similar happens to me when I try to spawn a legendary. I hear âsuccessâ but nothing appears in my inventory. I am however able to spawn epics. Just not legendaries.

Now besides the fact I can only seem to spawn Mythical versions of legendary items and not their regular versions, this is working as intended!

Dunno why, but I cant change character gender. Nothing when click.
Iâve not updated those minor important features like name or gender changing yet. I am currently working on a complete overhaul of the item & NPC spawning system and also from time to time on those missing features.

whats the point of using this tool ?
There are a number of reasons to use this tool. Among them would be

Trying out different builds and gear to see how they fit your play style[/ul]
- After having completed the entire game several times and wanting something more challenging
- To just mess around for the hell of it
- Just canât let that HC character go after getting through 80% of Ultimate and that sneeze killed you, when you otherwise would have lived.
- To get gear that is nearly impossible to get from normal grinding
- To get through the game because one is incompetent, or simply enjoys cheating
Those are just some examples. Itâs not an aimbot, so you still have to do the manual work.
