[Tool] Rainbow Filter (Item Highlighting)

add this to your tags_ui.txt

tagHUD_CooldownMinutes=^R {%d0}:{%d1}
tagHUD_CooldownSeconds=^Y {%d0}
tagHUD_CooldownShort=^G {%d0}

These are not the original colors but my own choice, goes from red (minutes) to yellow (59 - 6 seconds) to green (5 - 1 seconds), you can change them however you like.
Nothing will be displayed below 1 second but Crate will fix that bug in the next playtest version.

To end this fiddling, I looked into WanezGD_Tools as by the main posting and generated the correct files.

Changes:

Download text_en.7z or text_en.zip and extract into the Settings folder. (release notes)

Download the tool in the first post and follow it. Had the same issue as you and that fixed it.

To those who are now seeing missing tags on the skillbar, some tags in the current 1.2 playtest have been changed.

Skill and potion cooldown tags tagHUD_CooldownMinutes, tagHUD_CooldownSeconds and tagHUD_CooldownShort are obsolete now, they have been replaced with

tagHUD_CooldownSecondsW=^W{%d0}
tagHUD_CooldownSecondsY=^Y{%d0}
tagHUD_CooldownSecondsR=^R{%d0}

So if you are (like me) too lazy to download, install and use the tool, just copy-paste the above into your tags_ui.txt and optionally change the colors to your liking, I again changed them to ^R, ^Y, ^G respectively so it resembles a traffic light.

Not sure when it was introduced (we’re already at the 7th playtest update), but there have been added two more tags – to tags_ui.txt (full file):

tagCharPercentHealIncreaseModifier={^E}Percent Healing Effects Increased by {^H}{%.0f0}%
tagCharPercentHealIncreaseModifierR={^E}Percent Healing Effects Increased by {^H}{%.0f0}% - {%.0f1}%

Is there a way to fix Tag not found: tagHUDHealthPercent_Head over the PC’s head? Using 1.2
Nevermind. I deleted the old files and ran the tool anew.

The 8th 1.2 playtest update introduced a new tag.

tagDoubleRare=Double Rare

tagCurrentLevelAugment
tagNextLevelAugment
tagCharStatsReflectResist
tagCharStatsPetStunResist

Is this a clerical error on the part of the crate?

If the one on the left is the original from Crate, that looks fine.

I’m guessing the one on the right is the file from the post above, looks outdated in regards to faction tags. There probably were missing tag reports for whatever faction16 is and the fix to that is the one on the left.

You guessed it right, the one on the left was modified by myself, and the file on the right is the file in the post above, which is also the original text of the crate.

Files and Program updated for Grim Dawn v1.2.0.0

Program updates itself, keep in mind colors need to be saved manually after it has finished updating.

Any way of updating other languages?
Bexause with the 1.2.0 its impossible the program to find other languages.
