I think traders at the trading post should buy every item. Of course not anyone would buy everything, it should be suitable to the specific traders.
Or maybe add something like a marketplace where you can offer some items through out the year and sometimes it gets bought by another village (which we cannot interact with) or a trader. You could also implement this with a rule that these items are always sold at a smaller price than they are worth
