It would be nice if the “unable to find space” message actually told you what resources it can’t find space for, instead of the generic “PRODUCED GOODS”. This is one I just got, along with the resources panel:
The only resources highlighted in red are grain, flour, and beer and I’m currently not producing any of them so I was confused. It turns out it was the beer because it was salvaged and didn’t notice. I still don’t have any idea why the grain and flour are highlighted.
